Delivery Information

Greeting Cards

I aim to dispatch every card within 2 working days.
The delivery times below apply after dispatch:

  • UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Days): Free

  • UK Express Delivery (1-2 Days): £1.99

I do not offer international shipping for greeting cards as standard. However, if you would like a card sent outside the UK, please contact me to discuss options.

Other Products

Personalised Products

As personalised items are made just for you, they may take a little longer to dispatch. I will always work as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 working days before dispatch.

Digital/Printable Products

When placing an order for a digital product, you will be asked to enter your home address—this is necessary to comply with GPSR regulations, which currently prevent me from selling any products, including digital downloads, to customers in the EU or Northern Ireland.

  • No physical product will be shipped.

  • Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your file.

  • For personalised digital orders, delivery may take up to 3 working days.

All Other Products

For all other products, please allow 3-5 working days before dispatch.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, there may be slight delays, and I really appreciate your patience.

I use a range of couriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Below are the couriers I use along with estimated delivery times after dispatch. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout:

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1-3 days

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2-5 days

  • EVRI 24: 1-3 days

  • EVRI 48: 2-5 days

  • DPD Next Day Delivery (for heavier orders): 1 day

 


 

Where Do I Deliver?

I deliver to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and also offer international shipping (except for greetings cards).

Due to the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) coming into effect in December 2024, I am unfortunately unable to sell my products to customers in the EU or Northern Ireland at this time. I hope to find a solution that will allow me to resume shipping to these locations in the future.

International Orders

If your order is being delivered outside the UK, you may be required to pay import taxes or customs duties when your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Any fees must be paid upon receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, I have no control over these costs, so I recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing your order.

 


 

Returns

All Mummy and Bear orders are made to order, so I cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, I’m so sorry! Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will do everything I can to resolve the issue quickly.

  • I may ask for photos of the damage or fault to better understand the problem.

  • Once I’ve reviewed the situation, I will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Return postage costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by me.

Personalised Items

Please double-check all details for customisation, as mistakes made during the order process (e.g. misspellings) aren’t eligible for return.
