I want you to be absolutely delighted with your Mummy and Bear purchase. Please find all the details you need about delivery and returns below.

Delivery Information

I aim to dispatch every item within 1-2 working days. The delivery times listed below are after your item has been dispatched:

Greetings Cards

  • UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Days): Free

  • UK Express Delivery (1-2 Days): £1.80

  • International Standard Delivery (6-7 Days): £4.00

Giclee Art Prints

  • UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Days): Free

  • UK Express Delivery (1-2 Days): £4.00

  • International Standard Delivery (6-7 Days): £7.50

Please note that personalised items may take a little longer to dispatch, but I will work as quickly as possible to ensure they reach you promptly.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, there may be slight delays, and I really appreciate your patience.

Returns

I want you to love your Mummy and Bear purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, I’m here to help.

You can return any items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in their original condition and packaging. Simply get in touch with me to request a return, and I’ll provide further instructions.

Please Note:

  • Return potage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Once I receive your returned item, I will process your refund based on your preference.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, I’m so sorry! Please get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll do everything I can to resolve the issue quickly.

I may ask for photos of the damage or fault to better understand the problem. Once I’ve reviewed the situation, I’ll offer a replacement or refund. Return postage costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by me.


Personalised Items

As personalised items are made just for you, they may take a little longer to dispatch. I will always work as quickly as possible, but please allow for additional time to create your special piece. Please note that I can’t accept returns on personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If there are any issues with your personalised item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I will work with you to resolve any problems, and if needed, I’ll provide a replacement or refund. Please double-check all details for customisation, as mistakes made during the order process (e.g. misspellings) aren’t eligible for return.
